What do my HealthyTree websites include?
Your HealthyTree websites includes many tools and resources for helping you build your business online. Some of these tools and resources include the

What are the computer (system) requirements for using HealthyTree?
To use HealthyTree, you will need the following:
- PC with Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, or XP OR Macintosh operating system 8.6 or higher
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher OR Netscape Navigator version 6.0 or higher
- A modem or other Internet connection capable of speeds of 28.8 kbps or greater
Do you offer any type of trial period?
Yes! We allow you to use your HealthyTree website absolutely free for the first two weeks free. We are confident that you will find all the tools you need to build and maintain your business right here.
How do I pay for my HealthyTree account?
HealthyTree has a couple of payment options available for you. You may pay for your account using one of the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or check draft. You can sign up online by credit card (charges will be posted from Internet Development). To sign up for check draft, contact customer support at 801-805-1364.
Is a credit check or contract required?
No. HealthyTree does not perform a credit check to inquire about credit history. The only credit "check" we do is check if your credit card has sufficient funds to pay for your account (if paying by credit card). Also, no contract is required. You can sign up for as long as you'd like, and you may cancel at any time.
Building Your Websites
Is HealthyTree easy to use?
Of course! You don't need any previous experience in website building to use HealthyTree. Most of the processes for setting up and maintaining your website aren't much different than what you're already used to doing on the Internet. For example, if you've ever gone through the process of purchasing something online, the process for changing your welcome message or adding a photo is just as easy.
Do I have to know HTML?
No. HTML (an Internet programming language) is not required, although you may use HTML code if you're familiar with it. HealthyTree is set up such that you can literally just point and click to build and maintain your website. You want your entire site to be featured in blue color? No problem. Just click on Homepage Editor, click the blue color button, and your entire site now appears in a blue theme. How's that for easy?!!
How long will it take me to build a website?
We realize your time is valuable. Building and managing your website shouldn't require much of your time. Therefore, once you signup, your website is automatically created and filled with pre-written content that you can customize later. Your website already has valuable info for customers and leads. Can I use FrontPage or Dreamweaver with HealthyTree?
No. We do not guarantee HealthyTree will work with pages created in FrontPage or Dreamweaver, due to specialized coding added by these software programs. If you wish, you may copy your HTML code created by these software programs and paste it on your HealthyTree website pages to see if it works. However, we do not offer support for pages created in FrontPage or Dreamweaver.
Can I upload MPG, PDF, MP3, WAV, and other multimedia files?
Definitely. You can add most file types to your file manager by following the instructions on the add file page. Once a file has been added to your file manager, it will be made available to you to use in other section of your site.
Promoting Yourself Online
How will customers and leads find my website?
Just as many of your "traditional" leads don't find you without you first making yourself available through advertising and personal contacts, your online leads can't find you until you make yourself available on the Internet. The first step is to have a professional website with valuable information for both prospects and Melaleuca members. The second step is to promote your website both online (marketing emails, etc.) and offline (placing your website address on your business cards, etc.).
How do I contact the people who visit my website?
With HealthyTree, contacting the people who visit your website is easy using the tools provided in your account. Visitors can contact you in two different ways (1) visitors can click on the "Contact Me" button on both the training and Lead Generation sites and complete an online form, and (2) visitors can email you using your email address, found on any page of your website to send an email directly to your HealthyTree inbox. If visitors use the Contact Me form, personal information about those visitors (name, address, contact info) is automatically entered in your HealthyTree Address Book. Then, simply use your HealthyTree Email to respond to these contacts!

Does HealthyTree offer phone and email support?
Absolutely. We realize that some questions are difficult to answer via email, so we have qualified customer service representatives that know every corner of HealthyTree's system. Simply call our support line anytime between 8am and 5pm MST Mon-Fri and you'll receive friendly and helpful service.

How safe is my information with HealthyTree? Is it shared with third parties?
Your information is extremely safe with us. We never share information about customers with third parties. It's as simple as that. Read our privacy policy if you'd like more information.
How fast and reliable are HealthyTree's servers?
Super fast and rock-solid reliable. We use top-of-the-line equipment for our servers to ensure the fastest speeds possible. We take extra precautions to back up all data on a daily basis, in two locations and on two separate storage mediums.
